“Celebrity Chef” in STP Bandung

STPB, November 11st, 2014 | STP Bandung cooperated with Club Med International held seminar and workshop for Food Production Management and Bakery & Pastry Management Study Program, and Club Med as the facilitator in Asia Pacific. The opening of “Celebrity Chef” event was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2014 in the 6th floor of Ciremai Building STP Bandung. The event was opened by speech from Mr. Ivan Putrajaya as a representative from Club Med International and Mr. Anang Sutono as the Director of STP Bandung.

The "Celebrity Chef" was implemented based on the results of the previous meeting that was held on Wednesday, November 5th, 2014. Besides the presentation from Club Med Overview in opening event, the activities of "Celebrity Chef" continued with Korean Food and Chinese Food cooking demonstrations by Chef Philippe Gerbex, Chef Kee Khiang, Chef Ketut Artawan, and Chef Choi Kwang Il held in Cooking Demo Room . The opening event was also attended by Mr. Anang Sutono (Director of STP Bandung), Mr. Alexander Reyaan ( Head of Academic Administration), Mrs. NGM Kerti Utami (Head of Hospitality Department), Mr. Rachmat Syam (Deputy Director II), Mr. Erfin Roesfian (Deputy Director III), Mr. Zulkifli Harahap (Deputy Director IV), and lecturers from Food Production Management and Bakery & Pastry Management.
