Outreach Activities : Food Demo - RW.16 Manjahlega Kec. Rancasari

Rancasari April 20, 2014 | Outreach Center-Bandung Tourism College carrying out the Program of environmental society in devotion to the RW 16 Village Manjahlega, district Rancasari, the city of Bandung on Sunday 20 April 2014.
This Community service activities involving lecturers Management Tata Boga STPB by providing training and Demo to over 50 participants who are members of the Family Wellbeing Empowerment Drive. The Demo starts opening by Chairman RW 16 and Chairman of the PKK by presenting a TUNA SANDWICH WITH MAYONNAISE, SPAGHETTI WITH BOLOGNAISE SAUCE, CHICKEN CORDON BLEU.
The participants very enthusiastic for such activities in addition to demonstrating the food, the STPB team consists of Professors and students from the management Tata Boga also gives guidance on the presentation of a good that has a high value of food products that are made with attention to elements of hygiene, food safety and Garnishing.
The Activities started at 2pm until 4.30pm closed with prayer and taste the dishes that have been created by a team of STPB.
