Training of Accommodation and Catering PT. Pangansari Utama – Freeport Project
STPB, April 27th - 30th, 2015 | Academic and Cooperation Affairs of STP Bandung organized Training of Accommodation and Catering PT. Pangansari Utama – Freeport Project
on April 27th until 30th, 2015. The training activity was followed by seven participants, they were Mr. Yovi Hantoro, Mr. Deden Hisyamzaini, Mr. Bavo Seray Mambyeuw, Mr. Daud Eduard Merabano, Mr. Valentinus Puraro, Mr. Denny Abrianto dan Bapak Thomas Bukkang.
The training program was offcially opened by Mr. Anang Sutono (the Director of STP Bandung) on Monday, April 27th, 2015 in the Meeting Room of Enhaii Hotel, was attended by Mr. Rachmat Syam (Deputy Director II), Mr. Erfin Roesfian (Deputy Director III), Mr. Zulkifli Harahap (Deputy Director IV), Mr. Alexander Reyaan (Head of Academic Administration and Student Affair), Mrs. NGM Kerti Utami (Head of Hospitality Department), and also lecturers of STP Bandung.
The training program lasted for four days, with training subjects that were delivered by the speakers who also lecturers at STP Bandung, were Monitor Catering Revenue and Costs, Design a Concept for Event of Function, Food & Beverage Practice, Overview of Housekeeping Management in Mining & Role of the Housekeeping, Staffing and Organization Structure and Inventory, Laundry and Linen Management, Overview for Catering & Services, Flow of Food Production Process and Control, and also Menu Planning and Design. The closing of the training activities was officially held on Thursday, April 30th , in the Meeting Room Enhaii Hotel, also giving the certificates to the participants.
